Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes for all levels of experience including beginners. With instructor Sam Medjbeur, black belt under Tony Eduardo Lima. Over 12 years experience training, teaching and competing all over the world including UK, France, Portugal, China, Brazil and Thailand. No need to book in advance, but please bring comfortable sports wear. Full DBS Check and Instructors public liability a

nd professional indemnity insurance. Adult Classes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 7:00pm to 8:30pm and Saturday 12:00-1:30pm for all ages and experience,16 plus. Children's classes for 4 to 12 year olds, parent or guardian is required to stay for the duration.
