Tomorrow team Always Keep Fighting run.
We run to raise money for cancer research, we run as a team, we run for the fun, we run because it's great to be active, we run because we are grateful we can be active and help those who need it.

If you aren't running but can spare a penny please do.

All students should now be aware if they are grading on 16th March at Olney. If you're not sure please message one of the black belts who will be able to let you know.

We will need your licence and payment next Sunday.
