After a fab 7.5 years, our journey here has come to an end and we’ve officially closed our doors.

Thank you to every single lady who walked through, showed up, sweated, laughed and kept this place buzzing. What a ride it’s been.

But this isn’t goodbye…

Stop waiting to feel motivated — that’s not how it happens.

Motivation doesn’t just appear one morning with a coffee in hand and a “let’s do this” attitude.
It comes after you start.

👉 After you show up when you don’t feel like it.
👉 After you finish that first workout.
👉 After you realise you’re stronger than your excuses.

Action creates motivation — not the other way round.
So don’t wait to feel ready.
