FLexercise with Helen Green Hi, this page is about my over 50s FLexercise classes in Uddingston, Kilsyth, Galston and Dunoon.

All the music is chosen, all the routines have been practised and classes will be starting from Tuesday 18th August:-
Kilsyth class on 25th August onwards, we will be at Kilsyth and District Parish Church ( formerly Anderson), 1 Kingston Rd, Kilsyth G65 0HR. 10.30 am start as usual.
19th August, Galston class at the Hogg Hall re-starts at 10.15 am as usual, bring your weights if you have any ( no class on 2nd September).
10th September, Dunoon class re-starts at Senior Citizens’ Hall, Alfred St, Dunoon PA23 7QU at 10 am.
14th September, Uddingston class re-starts at Uddingston Old Parish Church, Old Glasgow Rd, G71 7 HF at 10 am.
Looking forward to seeing old and, hopefully, new members after the summer break.

Happy Christmas and best wishes for 2026!
Hopefully, I will see you in January for the following classes:-
Monday 5th January, Uddingston
Tuesday 6th January, Kilsyth, weights
Wednesday 7th January, Galston, resistance bands
Thursday 8th January, Dunoon, ribbons.
Please bring your own weights and bands if you have any, looking forward to seeing you all again.

Classes have finished for Christmas and will re-start the week beginning Monday 5th January (weather permitting). Thank you to all my members for being so kind to me after a difficult year. Best wishes for Christmas and the New Year to you all!🎄

Just a reminder to dig out your exercise clothes and shoes as it is time to start classes again.
Kilsyth class starts tomorrow, Tuesday 19th, at 10.30 am at the Burns and Old Parish Church, Church St, Kilsyth.
On Wednesday 20th, the class in the Hogg Hall, Galston, starts at 10.15am.
In September, the Dunoon class ( Senior Citizens’ Hall, Alfred St) starts at 10 am on Thursday 11th and the Uddingston class (Uddingston Old Parish Church, Old Glasgow Rd) starts on Monday 15th September at 10 am.
Looking forward to seeing members old and new for the new session!

Congratulations to Dunoon member Margaret Jackson on her 90th Birthday! Margaret is a regular member of the class and does not like to miss a session. She enjoys the music and especially the exercises which she says works everything from head to toe. The Dunoon class has finished for the summer holidays but will be re starting in September, why not follow Margaret’s example and join us then? 👏🎂

Hoping all my members have not suffered due to the dreadful weather yesterday. We had a power cut yesterday afternoon so I practised some new routines to keep warm!
