What excuses have you made this week so far??
Here are mine....
π It's too cold
π I don't have any free time
π I'm too busy
π I'll definitely start tomorrow...
I've struggled this week with being back in my usual routine, I'm tired, feel sluggish and have no motivation. It's definitely harder at this time of year.
But I've made a promise to myself to do better as I know I will feel better, sleep better and have more energy when I train consistently πͺ so I've blocked out some time to train and made a plan to prioritise more movement over the next week.
Lets do this! π£
