DB side bends are a great exercise for riders & jockeys looking to build strength, mobility and control through the trunk. 🔥

They help strengthen the obliques and deeper core muscles that support balance, posture, and movement while riding especially when absorbing force, staying stable in the saddle, and reducing unnecessary movement.
