2026 💐 Spring 200hr Yoga Teacher Training ~ it’s a wrap 🫶🏻

What a Sunday it’s been.. ..

We journeyed through a truly immersive practice of Kundalini and Sound with the incredibly talented frequency goddess 🐍 ✨

Then our students were guided through a beautifully sequenced Vinyasa Flow with studio owner and Yoga Queen 🌊 ✨

We chanted together, ate to together, we moved together, we laughed together and cried together.

Completing a yoga teacher training is more than learning how to teach poses — it’s a journey of personal growth, self-awareness, and deeper human connection. Through shared practice, reflection, and support, we learn to connect more authentically with ourselves and with others, building a sense of community, compassion, and purpose that extends far beyond the mat.

The Well-Rested Woman — a 120-minute neural unwinding experience created for women who are ready to pause, reset, and restore.

The intention behind The Well-Rested Woman is simple: to offer women a grounded, supportive space to rest deeply, regulate the nervous system, and leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more resourced.

During this 120-minute immersive experience, participants will be guided through a carefully curated journey designed to support both body and mind. The session includes:

- Somatic movement to release stored tension and reconnect with the body
- Lymphatic drainage to support natural detoxification and circulation
- Massage to nourish the nervous system and soften physical stress
- Guided imagery and visualisation to encourage deep rest and mental reset
- A 15-minute off-ramp surprise practice designed especially for busy women — a simple and effective nervous system reset to take into everyday life
