You have no reason to be worried about not knowing what do to when joining the gym!

We completely understand that gyms can feel like a scary place to those who are new to these environments - but we promise you that it really isn’t as scary as you think!

Our members at RS Fitness range from 14 years old right up to those in their 80’s! It really is a fully inclusive gym, with members who have been training for years, but also members who had never stepped foot in a gym before.

So - to help you with these worries we offer every new member a free induction where one of our team will take you through a programme to follow whilst showing you how to use the equipment.
It’s not compulsory, but it’s there if you’d like it!

We’ve been here for over 20 years and many of our members have been here with us since the very beginning!

❌ There’s no fighting for equipment or waiting around to use machines.

We are looking for a new member of staff to join the team!

We are looking for a trainee/apprentice willing to do their Level 2 Gym Instructing course.
Full training will be provided from us in terms of what we expect from you.

Hours will consist of daytimes, evenings & weekends. Must be flexible & willing to cover shifts between other staff members.

Must be an approachable, easy going, kind & helpful person willing to learn.

The job involves being in charge of the gym, keeping it clean and tidy, talking to members, gym maintenance, doing programmes for members, etc.
