We were one of the first Bowling Clubs in the UK and were founded in 1902. In 1903 we were one of the founder members of the EBA, now Bowls England. We were also a founder member of the Sussex County Bowling Association in 1909. We are a mixed club and play Mixed Fixtures. We are located on the South Coast 10 miles west of Eastbourne and 10 miles east of Brighton which is ideal for Touring Clubs c

oming to the South Coast. If you are interested in adding our club to your tour please contact our Match Secretary. You will find details on the contact us page. We are a very sociable club and are always looking for new members of any age or experience. We have a County Qualified Coach who will be happy to give some coaching sessions to beginners and any others who think they would benefit. We are always looking for new members so if you are moving to the area, are just taking up bowls or would like to move from another club please get in touch. Visitors and spectators are warmly welcomed. We have an excellent viewing area where games can be viewed in comfort. You can also now find us Twitter.

Congratulations to all competitors in the Newhaven Bowling Club internal competitions. 15 WInners and runners-up trophies were presented on the night.
Short mat and social events at the clubhouse continue throughout the winter until the outdoor season resumes in April. Come and join in the fun. All welcome.
