Just a quick message to say.. I am taking 1 to 1 sessions again. Lifestyle changes have made this happen (woohoo!)

I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU...

To all my girls who have kept me super busy this week itโ€™s been a fabulous first week back training you all, and I have loved every min! Bring on week 2 whoop whoop! ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

To my lovely ladies who kept me afloat during lockdown. It was a long 14 weeks, with lots of highs and lots of lows, and I really could not have seen those weeks through without you girls turning up each week to workout with me. - Thank you also to those who could make the live classes but still requested recordings each week, you kept my spirits high!

To my Glute Camp squad for turning up week in week out and always smashing everything I put to to you without moaning (a bit) ๐Ÿคฃ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘

This is . One smoking, hardworking, can do attitude girl. First photoโ€™s were taken on 20th Jan, second photos are todayโ€™s. Just look at her progress! Nancy has achieved this by taking my classes 4 times a week and maintaining her usual diet but with moderation. I am SO proud. She is solid proof that with perseverance and commitment, you definitely CAN achieve your goals.
