To all our Saturday gymnasts, our classes will be going ahead tomorrow 🤸🏼 but, as it's going to be hot, leotards are not necessary, shorts and t-shirts will be fine (no crop tops or revealing vest tops please) and please also bring your drinks 💦💦💦

Hi all,

Just a reminder to parents/carers to please ensure your child brings a water bottle with them to their gymnastics session.

Our session will be going ahead this evening, but we're expecting it to be very hot in the gym so we will giving the gymnasts plenty of water breaks.

If you'd like your child, from 4+, to try gymnastics, we offer a FREE trial lesson so they can come along and see if it's for them, boys and girls welcome.
We run lessons on Tuesdays 17:30-19:00, Saturdays 9-11 for squad gymnasts and 11-12 for recreational gymnasts.
We are Seaford Gymnastics Academy because we originally opened in Newlands School in Seaford, however relocated to Seahaven School in Newhaven when Newlands closed. Please send us a message on Facebook or text/call our club mobile on 07591 356996 if you are interested in coming for a trial 🤸🏼‍♀️

To all our gymnasts/parents/carers, we have sent out letters for our summer holiday sessions. We forgot to add that gymnasts are welcome to bring along other friends/siblings/cousins etc who don't normally attend our club on a normal week. You can book them in using the same form or sending us a message. We hope to see many of you booking on 🤸🏻‍♀️😁
