Lovely sunset on my run last night! If you've been debating coming along to my group in Newhaven do get in touch if you have any questions! This evening we're meeting 7pm outside Halfords Newhaven, Thursday is 7pm meeting by the playpark by where Elphick Rd meets Robinson Rd. All adults welcome no matter what your fitness level!

At the Newhaven Scout hut today on Fort Road - there's a free event for kids on till 3pm- lots to do including some running options! Lunch is free about 1pm... There's also arts and crafts, music and games...

Great run in Newhaven with some of my group yesterday- as I had some of my faster runners there we did Pyramid Hills - so if you come along in the next couple of weeks you know we won't be doing hills! They did really well and I think some personal bests were achieved...

The staff in Sainsburys are currently fundraising by cycling from Lands End to John O Groats in-store on an exercise bike! Very impressive challenge- if your heading down there today/tomorrow to do a shop why not donate? Or you could use the QR code in this photo...
