UKTC North East Little Tiger Cubs

UKTC North East Little Tiger Cubs "Little Tiger Cubs" is the fun and safe fitness training programme for children aged 3 to 5 years old.

Loosely based on martial arts, each weekly 45 minute class is a mixture of simple training exercises and games designed to assist in the physical development and improved health of each child, whilst also building their confidence and self - esteem. There is then an opportunity to progress onto the popular Active Tiger programme at age 6years, which will form a good foundation for learning the mar

tial art of ITF Taekwon-Do with UKTC North East. Classes are available throughout the North East Tuesdays- Sundays:

TUESDAY: 4:30 - 5:15pm @ Mortimer Community College, Reading Road, South Shields, NE33 4UG

WEDNESDAY: 4:00 - 4:45pm @ Newburn Leisure Centre, Grange Road, Newcastle, NE15 8ND

THURSDAY: 4:30 - 5:15pm @ Gateshead Leisure Centre, Alexandra Road, Gateshead, NE8 4JA
4:30 - 5:15pm @ Heworth Grange Comprehensive School, High Lanes, Gateshead, NE10 0PT
5:00 - 5:45pm @ Simonside Community Centre, Bedeburn Road, Newcastle, NE5 4JQ

FRIDAY: 4:30 - 5:15pm @ Ponteland Leisure Centre, Callerton Lane, Newcastle, NE20 9EG

SUNDAY: 9:30 - 10:15am @ Balkwell Community Welfare Association, Heaton Terrace, North Shields, NE29 7LY
