The CrossFit Open is almost here — and this is your moment to jump in! 🙌🏼
The Open is the largest participatory fitness event in the world, and it’s designed for everyone.
Whether it’s your first Open or your tenth, this is your chance to test yourself, train with purpose, and be part of something bigger than a single workout.
Three workouts over three weeks; Feb. 26–March 16.
Open Heats will run every Friday night in our CrossFit Classes and Saturday morning too for three weeks starting February 27th.
We’ll guide you through every step — from registration to your first score submission — and you’ll never be doing it alone.
Why we’re doing it (And why we think you should too!)
For three weeks, every workout has a clear goal and a reason behind it.

Our coaches will help with scaling, judging, strategy, and encouragement so you’re never guessing or going it alone.

The Open isn’t about being the best in the gym.
It’s about showing up, committing to a process, and seeing what you’re capable of when you put intention behind your training.
You don’t need to be “ready.”
