🏆 CONGRATULATIONS BANGOR BOWLING CLUB! 🏆

A massive congratulations to Bangor Bowling Club on winning the NIBA Division 1 League Title 2026! 🎉👏

An outstanding achievement and one that is thoroughly deserved after an excellent season. To lift the Division 1 title for the 22nd time in the club’s history is a fantastic milestone and a testament to the strength, dedication and hard work throughout the club.

From everyone at the NIBA, congratulations to all the players, officials, members and supporters who have played their part in this fantastic success. 💙🤍💚

Massive congratulations to our two Irish Champions following today’s IBA Finals! What a tremendous achievement for the NIBA and for Bangor Bowling Club , who brought home two Irish Championship titles! 👏🏆

We are incredibly proud of both championship-winning teams and everyone involved in their success. A fantastic achievement and a day they will never forget! 💙🤍💚

A huge well done also to our Irish Triples Runners-Up and Irish U25 Pairs Runners-Up. While it wasn't to be on this occasion, reaching an Irish Final is a tremendous achievement, and you represented the NIBA with great pride throughout the competition. 👏

The 2026 Irish Bowling Association Championship Finals take place this Saturday, with a fantastic day of bowls ahead! 🍀🏆

With titles up for grabs across the U25 Pairs, Senior Fours, Open Singles, Pairs, Junior Singles, Youth Singles, Triples and Fours, there is sure to be plenty of top-class bowling on show.

A massive good luck to all the NIBA players representing our Association in the finals. We wish every player the very best as they compete for their respective Irish titles! 💙💚

Get along and support the players throughout what promises to be a brilliant day of championship bowls.

🍀🏆 Wishing all our NIBA representatives the very best of luck in the Irish National Championship Semi Finals and Finals! 🏆🍀

A fantastic weekend of bowls lies ahead at Donaghadee Bowling Club, with our players competing across a number of disciplines as they battle to win their respective Irish titles.

Reaching this stage is a tremendous achievement in itself, and we are sure every player representing the NIBA will give their all on the green. 💙💚🤍

We are especially proud that this prestigious event is being hosted by the Irish Bowling Association President, our very own Thomas Cheevers , at his home club, Donaghadee Bowling Club.

Best of luck to everyone involved — enjoy the occasion, play well and hopefully we can bring some Irish titles back to the NIBA! 🍀🏆

A little late with this report, but it was certainly worth celebrating! 🏆👏

Last Thursday night saw the Super 6 Finals 2026 take place at Warrenpoint Bowling Club, with two excellent finals on show.

Congratulations to Markethill Mavericks, who were crowned Senior Super 6 Champions following a superb 6–3 victory over Banbridge Bann-anarama. 👏🏆

In the Junior Final, congratulations go to Lisnagarvey Groundhogs, who claimed the title with an impressive 7–2 win over Holywood Hawks. 🏆👏

Well done to both winning teams on their fantastic achievements, and commiserations to Banbridge Bann-anarama and Holywood Hawks.

A great night of bowling and congratulations to everyone involved! 👏🏆

🏆 Congratulations to Portadown Bowling Club! 🏆

A fantastic result for Portadown as they came through their Irish Junior Cup Semi-Final with an excellent 89–64 victory over PSNI. 👏

The result sees Portadown book their place in next week’s Irish Junior Cup Final, where they will take on Old Bleach B. What a tremendous achievement for everyone involved! 💪🏆

On this wet day, it’s nice to have a little flashback to the beautiful weather we enjoyed last Saturday down in Dublin! ☀️🍀

It was great to see our Senior Association Team doing battle against the other associations and representing the NIBA with pride. 👏

Congratulations to the PGL on their victory! 🏆

A huge thank you also goes to all the travelling support who came along with the NIBA. It was fantastic to see everyone enjoying the day and cheering on our team — it really does mean a lot to the players. 💙

A huge congratulations to all our winners! 🏆👏 What a fantastic achievement and thoroughly deserved after some outstanding bowling throughout the Finals.

To everyone who unfortunately missed out, commiserations. You can all be incredibly proud of your performances. The standard of bowling throughout the Finals was excellent, with some fantastic games and a great display of our sport. 👏🎯

A massive thank you to everyone who helped with the running and organisation of the Finals. There are so many people working behind the scenes to make an event like this possible, and your efforts are very much appreciated. 💙💚

A special thank you must go to Nigel Moffett, our Honorary Competitions Secretary. Nigel puts in a tremendous amount of time and effort organising and overseeing the competitions throughout the year. Without Nigel, none of this would be possible, and we are extremely grateful for everything he does for NIBA and our bowlers. 👏👏

Well done everyone, and thank you for making the NIBA Championships Finals 2026 such a fantastic event.
