Keep showing up, it’s all about consistency! With the new year in full swing, everyone has new fitness goals!
90% of people do them for a few weeks and don’t see immediate results they gave up and wait until the next year to start the cycle all over again! BREAK THAT CYCLE👏🏼
Keep showing up and results will follow it does not happen overnight! There are lots of ways to measure your progress scale weight, progress photos, strength gains, fitness improving, measurements, feeling better in your clothes, having more energy because you fuelling your body correctly, the list goes on and on!
My clients usually use more than one way to track progress! But this all would not be achievable without a goal! Set and goal and do everything you can to achieve it! Results aren’t down to luck you have to work hard for them and keep going👏🏼
