Today is National Fitness Day and what a fantastic way to celebrate some of our amazing staff who took part in Sunday’s 45th Great North Run 🎉🏃🏻‍♀️💚

Our free, 10-week, Beginners Run groups are starting soon! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻

A group for those who are interested in taking up running as a way to kept fit, improve their mental health, lose weight, train for an event, all of the above, or for a totally different reason!

🗣️ We are excited to invite you to our annual swimathon! This is a fantastic opportunity to make a difference while challenging yourself in the pool! Join us in raising money and awareness for R**e Crisis Tyneside and Northumberland and the White Ribbon Campaign.

💦 Your challenge is a one mile swim, to be completed in under 1 hour, in our main pool (64 lengths). The swimathon is open for anyone aged 8 and over, you can take part individually or as part of a team, making it the perfect way for all to get involved.

ℹ️ £10 entry for adults, £8 for juniors. All funds will go towards supporting the two fantastic causes that work tirelessly in our community.

📍Hadrian Leisure Centre - Sunday 22nd November at 3.45pm

📍 Lakeside Centre - Saturday 14th November at 4.15pm
