is hosting the next club meet on Saturday 4th. Make sure you give your name, age, weight class and belt class, plus Gi or No-Gi or both to your coach so we can draw up categories for refereed comp style rounds.
This is not a competition per-se, but an opportunity for us to get together as a team and get our athletes best prepared for competition. All the different coaches will be available to give corrections, tips and pointers to make you more effective under contest conditions.
£10 suggested donation per person please.
