As often as I can, I do ten mins a day. Ten mins is better than no mins. I record and send to my customers. It does feel like the right way to start the day 😄

Summer term classes start next week. I’ve got some new movements to try. Honestly the body is endless!! It’s incredible. 17 years of teaching, thought I’d be bored by now… but no I love it just as much as I always have. If not more.

Every Thursday morning starts like this for me at 6.30am. A quick routine of about 40 mins makes you feel like you’re winning! Come join me. It’s £5 a session and I’m online every week.

I’d like to say I have my gym clothes out ready for the morning… but I don’t 😄. I’ll be up and I’ll be ready to teach at 6.30am. I know I’ll feel much better for moving though. It’s a toughie… getting up early, but I always feel better after starting the morning this way. Only for the brave and courageous. Every Thursday 6.30 am. 45 min Pilates session. £5.
