We’ve already seen our Prizefighter tournaments produce some great matchups at 65kg and 80kg, and two great champions in Kaylum Armstrong and Dylan Faill .

As many of you already know, it is with a heavy heart that we have made the incredibly difficult decision to cancel TDP5, which was due to take place this weekend. This decision was made a few weeks ago to protect the future of the show, alongside other factors.

Unfortunately, following a substantial number of fighter withdrawals, we no longer felt we could deliver the standard of event that our athletes, supporters, and sponsors deserve. Rather than put on a show that falls below the expectations we’ve worked so hard to build, we made the decision to take a step back and make the right decision for the future of Takedown Promotions.

Our focus now shifts to our December 5th show. We are investing all of our time, energy, and resources into making it the biggest and best Takedown Promotions show to date. We can’t wait to bring you an unforgettable night of action and repay your continued support.

Thank you for standing by us. This isn’t the end—it’s an opportunity to come back stronger.

We’ll see you in December for a night of boxing, K1 and full contact kickboxing action. 🧡🥊

Dean Chapman vs Ian Freeman Jr ⭐️

It is time to announce our second Road to Elite fight for our anniversary show on August 15th! Dean Chapman and Ian Freeman Jr are both returning to the ring after some time out of competition, and neither man wants to give an inch!

has been back in the gym this year, sharpening his skills with a new team and working towards his return. He’s looking to come down to 75kg and build some momentum in the division!

Facing him across the ring will be ! Ian has also been out of the ring for some time. Working with a solid team and finding the love for competition again, Freeman is keen to make his return to the ring an impactful one!

We are so thankful to everyone involved in getting this fight over the line! Both guys want to return in style, but only one can do it over 3 rounds or less on the 15th. Who do you think takes the win? 🧨

Joe Peter Lee vs Owen Lyons ⭐️

It is time to announce our first undercard fight for our anniversary show on August 15th! Joe Peter Lee and Owen Lyons are two good fighters looking to scrap it out for their first promotional win on our show.

has transitioned over from the K1 circuit and faced two killers already this year. He’s looking to bounce back in style and show everyone exactly what he’s capable of when he returns to the TDP banner on August 15th.

Standing opposite, is also making his third appearance on our show. Coming up just short on the cards in his last two outings, he is keen to change that and look to build some momentum back. For the weight, Owen hits hard and is extremely accurate on his day. He thinks he can get it done come August.

We are so thankful to everyone involved in getting this title fight over the line! Both guys want to take home the win and look to move one step closer to contention, but only one can do it over 3 rounds or less on the 15th. Who do you think takes the win? 🧨

Billy Beard vs Chris O’Connell ⭐️

It is time to announce our second title fight for our anniversary show on August 15th! Our 93kg champion Billy Beard will be making the first defence of his title that he won in March against Chris O’Connell, who is fast making a name for himself on the circuit.

Anyone who has seen Billy on his day knows he is capable of a fantastic fight, with good movement and grit to push through challenge after challenge. He won the title in March after turning in a solid shift, scoring the shots he needed to and coming home with the decision win after a hard fought battle and earning the right to be king of the castle. In August, we have no doubt he’s going to want to keep a hold of that belt.

Standing opposite will be Chris O’Connell. This will be Chris’ first title fight, but no doubt the team at will well and truly prepare him adequately. He recently won with a great stoppage on our last show and called for the title shot following, and after that performance he couldn’t be denied!

We are so thankful to everyone involved in getting this title fight over the line! Both guys want to take home the belt, but only one can do it over 5 rounds on the 15th. Who do you think takes the win? 🧨

Corey Jones vs Anth Jefferson ⭐️

It is time to announce our first title fight for our anniversary show on August 15th! Our 90kg champion Joe Hardingham has made the decision to vacate his belt so that the division can move forwards, and here we have two smooth operators looking to step up and take the vacant strap.

is a HARD hitter whether he is wearing boxing gloves or mma gloves, but he has committed himself to working towards this date. He is working with a solid team and is doing everything he can in preparation to be the next man to lead the 90kg division.
_.pt is a slightly newer name to the circuit, delivering an explosive performance recently and only looking to step it up each time! Not only a hard hitter, but very technically sound as well, a rare sight at the heavier weights. He believes he has what it takes to take the title home in August.
