Evolution Football Coaching would like to introduce you to our Philosophy. Here at Evolution we aim to deliver the best individual coaching there is to offer. You will receive our constant attention to detail, professional coaching from Professional Academy Coaches on a one to one basis and we will identify your weaknesses, and turn them into strengths. We aim to identify, develop and improve indi

vidual technical skills. We will be specific and focus on your individual techniques and develop you as a player. All of our coaches are currently working with a Professional Academy or have done previously. Some of our coaches are also previous Academy players and understand what it takes to succeed at the very top level. We will work with you whether you are just starting out from 6 years old or up to Academy players wanting further expert coaching. Within our staff we have a number of personal fitness/conditioning trainers who will work with you as an individual to develop the physical attributes you require to become a professional football player. All trainers are experts in their field and are extremely educated holding a Degree or Masters in personal training. WHAT WE OFFER:
1) INDIVIDUAL/PERSONAL COACHING:
- You will receive professional coaching on a one to one basis. If possible we will come to you or alternatively you can come to us.
2) SMALL GROUP COACHING
- We can provide professional private coaching to small groups, preferably 1 coach to 4 players however this can be discussed on enquiry.
3) TECHNICAL TEAM COACHING:
-We will visit your club on an occasion you train and we will provide you with professional technical coaching. We will provide a number of coaches depending on the number of players in order to develop individual players.
4) PLAYER EVALUATION:
-With your coaches permission we will attend one of your training session or games and provide you with feedback on your performance and together we will identify the areas in which you could improve.
