From qualifying in the UK to coaching in Dubai. 🌍

Gemma completed her Personal Training qualification with FitPro-X Academy, and through our partnership with Fit Squad DXB, made the move to Dubai in 2025 to start the next chapter of her career.

Since then, she’s continued to develop by completing our Pre & Post Natal qualification, giving her even more confidence and opportunities as a coach.

This is exactly why we created FitPro-X Careers. It’s not just about getting qualified. It’s about helping coaches build a career they genuinely want.

Here’s his story 👇🏼

“My fitness journey started at 4 years old. I was new to the country from Albania and wanted to achieve my dream of being a footballer.

As time went on, I knew that dream faded so I went to university to study coaching, and that is where my fitness journey truly began.
While becoming unhappy and insecure with my physique, and realising I needed to be stronger for football, I started going to the gym with my mate.

As days turned to weeks, weeks to months, and months to years… what started as a hobby became an addiction, and the journey to self-development and growth was fully underway.”

We met up with Lisa Steele at her club and captured her in her element 🏋🏾‍♀️

Here’s what she had to say about her journey to becoming a PT 👇🏾

“My weightlifting journey started in my 20s with simply wanting to change my body… but the gym quickly became so much more than aesthetics for me.

Lifting changed my confidence, my discipline, my mindset and even the way I carried myself. That’s where my real passion for fitness began.

Becoming a PT was something I’d thought about SO many times, but with so much information online and so many different options popping up constantly, I honestly didn’t know where to start or who to trust 😅

Then one day, the manager at the gym I trained at asked me, “Have you ever thought about becoming a personal trainer?” and I remember hesitating a little…

She told me to check out FitProX, I remember going home after my workout, clicking on a message she had sent me and checking them out. I applied that same evening and was successful… it felt like alignment 🙌🏾

Now I get to help encourage other women to become stronger, more confident and take up space too!”

Congratulations to Bethany & Caitlyn Hall who recently completed their level 3 personal training course with us!

Bethany & Caitlyn are both performers & found that our course fit perfectly around their busy schedule allowing them to get qualified as personal trainers alongside work and other commitments!

They have both walked straight into employment at one of our partnered gyms and are offering 1:1 PT!

They are both now increasing their knowledge in the fitness industry via our Business Bootcamp to help them create a well structured online platform, socials & gain more clients!
