“I wanted to lose a bit of weight and become fitter and stronger after turning 40 last year.”
That’s why Sarah joined our 28 Day Kickstart.
Like many people, she’d been wanting to start lifting weights for a while but didn’t know where to begin. She wanted guidance, structure and a plan she could actually follow.
What happened over the next 28 days surprised her.
Yes, Sarah lost 4.8kg and reduced her body fat by 4.6kg.
But what stood out most wasn’t the numbers.
It was the energy.
Sarah told us she was amazed at how much energy she had after both bootcamp and strength sessions. She felt happier, more positive and started enjoying having a routine again. Training became something she looked forward to rather than something she felt she had to do.
She also found something that often gets overlooked when people start.
A group of supportive, encouraging people all working towards their own goals, helping each other along the way.

“I loved the structure and routine it gave me and also the people at the gym. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. It’s a lovely, positive and friendly community which I’m proud to be a part of now. It really has changed my life for the better.”
The truth is, the best transformations aren’t always measured by the scales.
They’re measured by having more energy for your day, feeling stronger every week, growing in confidence and finding a place where you genuinely enjoy showing up.
