There will be some disruption to our coffee and shop (some shoes moving to The Pool Climb Newcastle) and our reception will have a temporary location. Please bear with us! On 6th August, Ethan Chapman, local physiotherapist at Pro Health Physio NE (Ouseburn) is delivering a session on common climbing injuries of the wrist and hand.

We will be looking at the main injuries; how they often occur, and how YOU can better manage them – or better yet, prevent them from happening!

Ethan brings a blend of science-based treatment, years of experience in MSK physiotherapy and a developing specialism in hand and wrist injuries.
