Tomorrow Saturday 18th is our last day open then we close for Christmas and re-open Monday the 3rd Jan. If we don't see you tomorrow we wish all our members past and present a wonderful Xmas and Happy New Year. The premises are also getting a new make over while shut so will look fresh and lovely for all those back training in January.

News Update

Hi all had quite a few messages and queries - am busy trying to call all members but till I get to you here is the main changes and updates

Kids recommence 20th July
Adults 27th July - may differ for BJJ and Wrestling

Mains changes

Extra bags delivered soon as people will not be in partners

Max of 3 classes per week to start with and no double classes

Try and book same days every week when possible - kids will work in bubbles similar to schools.

Booking app will be posted end of this week

Area of down stairs is 34 max, including instructors.
Parents if stopping while your child is training you must also be booked in for numbers and track and trace.

4 to 6 years being capped at 30 - 15 parents 15 kids
7 plus Kids capped at 30 so where possible just drop children off and pick up.

Adults capped at 26 as no spectators and everyone on mats

Please come in training gear and use toilet before arriving and bring own water bottle - Toilets will be open and water on sale but don't want any queues for these areas.

If your on DD and are returning in July send me a little message or inbox so I can unfreeze the DD, end of July will be free.

Can't wait to get back and hopefully see you all soon :-)

News Flash, easier to just do a quick video even though I hate doing them 😅, forgot to mention there will be a booking system on return to control numbers please at start keep to 2 or 3 classes per week. can’t wait to be back open 😁

ATTENTION!!! All parents of girls and boys aged 7-13!

Starting 7th October will be our Alliance Newcastle youth program.

BJJ being one of the fastest growing martial arts/sports in the world means its a great time for young people to get involved, with many opportunities to go far for the next generation.
BJJ also boasts many benefits such as increased fitness, confidence boost, weight loss, meeting new friends and many many more.

We want to replicate the success of our adults program and pass it down to the kids.

The first program will be a 10 week course, Monday and Thursday 5-6pm covering all basic positions and submissions of BJJ.

At the end of the program, students will graduate and have the opportunity to progress into our 2020 Alliance youth team.

In 10 weeks students will develop the confidence and skills to control combat situations, using throws, pins and submissions.

To secure your spot on the course the investment will be £60 (Working out at just £3 per class) or £5 per class pay as you go!

Classes will be at our training facility which is inside Universal Martial Arts, Benfield Business Park, Benfield Road,
NE6 4NQ.

We will have a limited number of spaces so if your interested book up fast. If you have a child, or yourself would like our team at this exciting time drop us a message ASAP.
