Inter’s first trip into Sunday League Division 2 — fully deserved to be in with the big boys now! 🙌🏻

Inter started the game brilliantly, playing some lovely flowing football and creating some great early chances. Max was getting through and causing Berwick plenty of problems, with some fantastic movement and link-up play. It just wasn’t quite happening in front of goal, but the signs were there.

Berwick then started to find their rhythm and really stretch their legs, putting on a great high press that Inter struggled to break. They managed to grab a few quick-fire goals and take control of the game, and credit to them, they deserved their lead.

Inter didn’t let their heads drop, though. They got the ball down, started to stretch the pitch and worked their way back into the game. Some great movement opened things up for Max, who was ice-cold in front of goal to get Inter on the scoresheet. ⚽️

A few little mistakes from Inter then gave Berwick opportunities to extend their lead, and they went into the break with a four-goal advantage.

Second half, and Inter came out flying! 🔥

The pace was lifted, the press was higher and the boys started winning the ball back in dangerous areas. Noah and Harry were brilliant, putting their men under pressure and winning the ball high up the pitch. They then managed to slide Max through once again — and guess who? Mr Cool himself! Max kept his composure to grab his second of the day. 🙌🏻⚽️

George and Otis were fantastic on the ball, twisting and turning their men, keeping possession and helping Inter build some really good attacks. Their hard work paid off when George got himself on the scoresheet for his first goal of the season! ⚽️🙌🏻

Axl was brilliant at the start of the press too, standing his man up and setting the tone for the team. 👏🏻

And to top it all off, Mr Calm himself, Teddy, was fantastic in goal. He pulled off some top saves, made some great tackles and looked so composed with the ball at his feet. 🧤👏🏻

Berwick just had the legs on us in the end, and they deserved the win. Some quick 1-2s, great movement and clinical finishing made the difference.

But plenty of positives to take from Inter’s first game in Division 2, and the boys showed they can more than hold their own with the big boys! 💪🏻⚽️

WE’RE BACK… LET’S GO INTER! 🙌🏻🖤🤍

What a way to kick off the season! The lads came flying out of the blocks, creating chance after chance. A few early-season nerves meant we couldn’t quite find the finish, but the intent and energy were there from the very start! 🔥

George produced a brilliant little run to win Inter’s first penalty of the season, and Quinn stepped up to calmly slot it away and get us off the mark! ⚽️

Cramlington responded with a slick move to make it 1-1, but Inter didn’t let that knock them. The ball was moved quickly through Harrison and the lads worked it brilliantly through the lines to put us back in front! 🙌🏻

Cramlington levelled again with another quality finish, meaning Inter had to do it all over again… and they did!

George and Teddy then chipped in with two fantastic team goals, showcasing some brilliant football and putting Inter firmly in control! 🔥⚽️

At the back, Noah and Harry were absolutely solid, driving the team forward every chance they got. That pressure eventually paid off, with Harry smashing home a lovely finish from the edge of the box to make it 7-2! 💥

Cramlington managed to pull one back with a brilliant free kick into the top corner — Harrison had absolutely no chance!

But Inter finished the game in style. A rapid break started with some great link-up play from Axl to Noah, who whipped a dangerous ball into the box and saw it take a deflection into the net! 🙌🏻

A brilliant start to the season from the lads! Plenty of goals, fantastic teamwork, and some great football on show. There’s plenty more to come from this group! 🖤🤍🔥

A huge welcome to our U9 Saturday team as they kick off their 2026/27 season today! ⚽️🙌

Playing a year up on Saturdays, these lads have all been working incredibly hard throughout the summer at tournaments, friendlies and in training.

Now it’s time to put all that hard work into action — let’s go! 💪⚽️

INTER STRESSING ROB OUT 🤣🤣🤣

⚽️ NCJ Juve (Saturdays) vs Inter (Sunday)

Let’s be honest… Inter were still half asleep at the start 🤣 which gave Juve a quick-fire, well-deserved 2–0 lead.

Inter then boxed Juve in and worked the ball around brilliantly, but just couldn’t find the back of the net. A great break from Juve made it 3–0.

Inter settled, started playing some lovely 1-2s and finally broke through to get on the scoresheet before the 15-minute whistle.

More of the same from both teams — some lovely football being played. Inter worked the ball around really well but just couldn’t find the net, while Juve were clinical in front of goal, adding another 3 before the break

6–1 Juve.

Then came the final 15 minutes 😳

Inter were told to stop feeling sorry for themselves and play like we KNOW they can — and WOW did they respond! 🔥

Inter came flying at Juve, spraying the ball around and putting them under serious pressure.

Some fantastic link-up play saw George score four consecutive goals ⚽️⚽️⚽️⚽️ before pinching the ball high and setting up Max for a lovely little tap-in. ⚽️

Then Harry produced a beautiful long-range strike ⚽️ a goal just before the whistle to make it 7–7! 🤯🔥

WOW. What a Saturday!
