Newcastle University Women's Basketball Club is a long running team at Newcastle University, improving dramatically over the past few years. There are currently two teams that invite both elite players and beginners. We take pride in our welcoming attitude and work our hardest to get as many people involved as possible. Both first and second team train competitiv

ely with the seconds also open their arms to beginners and social players. We are known for our amazingly fun social life, with weekly socials and a huge range of activities for everyone to get involved with. Newcastle gives you the opportunity to receive a high class education whilst playing top level sport, with Newcastle University finishing in the top 10 of the BUCS league. 🔊WOMENS TRYOUTS! 💪🏻
Despite all the uncertainties surrounding COVID-19, we are hoping to carry through with the 20/21 season safely and successfully 💪🏻 the women’s team tryouts are on the following dates/times: Monday 12th Oct (6-7 PM), Thursday 15th Oct (8-9 PM) Fridays 16th Oct (8-9) and Saturday 17th Oct (1-2 PM). All three will take place in the Newcaslte University Sports Center. We look forward to welcoming you all! 👯‍♀️

Hi everyone, for all the newcomers we have a meet and greet evening tomorrow evening (Tuesday 3rd) for both the Men's and Women's teams to get to know the squad!
