Over a year ago I began therapy.

For no other reason than personal development and self awareness. I’ve learned more about myself than I ever imagined.

Today is World Mental Health day, and just like your physical health you have the responsibility to protect and manage it in whatever way suits you.

Today also marks 12 years that my auntie lost her battle to cancer at the age of 31. She died on the 10th of October 2010. The number 10 has always been really special to me.

After 11 years I finally got my number 10 tattooed on me. It’s a reminder to me that bad days are inevitable but necessary to show us how amazing the good days truly can be.
