Stress in your daily routine can be a silent killer in order to reach your goals.

It will affect your performance in the gym, make it harder to process food, and slow down or even get on the way of your fat loss progress, or even maintain a healthy standard for you.

This stress can come in many different form, sleep deprivation, work, family, personal problems, you name it.

Alot times we ignore the signs, and this stress starts to build up, becoming something that can lead to mental burnout, injuries in the gym, discomfort in our body in different areas.

With that said, its important to actually to identify this, and take care of ourselves, you may take a day off to do something else, something nice to you, to break that accumulated stress in you.
If its workout burnout, take a week off, try to manage some sort of cardio to keep the weight management in check, but allow yourself to recover.

Dont let it become determental to your life, you might be affecting your whole life become of it and people around you without realising.

Be kind to yourself!🥰

IF YOU’RE A MAN IN YOUR 30s, 40s OR OLDER YOU NEED TO READ THIS.

Your 20s can make you feel invincible.
You can eat badly for a few days, sleep less, drink more than you should, skip training… and somehow still feel like you’re getting away with it.

But as you move through your 30s and 40s, you can’t afford to take your health as lightly as you did in your 20s.

Recovery changes.

Your metabolism and activity levels often change.
Your hormonal profile changes with age.
And the consequences of carrying excess body fat, having poor nutrition, being inactive and ignoring your health become increasingly important.

But getting older doesn't mean getting worse.
It means you need to start taking better care of yourself.

Your nutrition.
Your training.
Your sleep.
Your stress.
Your weight.
Your blood pressure.
Your bloodwork.
Your cardiovascular health.

And your heart should be one of your biggest priorities.

Especially if you're a father.
I'm guessing you want to be around for your kids for as long as possible.

To watch them grow.
To play with them.
To see what they become.
To actually be present in their lives.
So if you won't do it for yourself…
Do it for them.

You don't need to become an athlete.
You don't need to be shredded.
You don't need to spend two hours in the gym every day.
You don't need to chase some unrealistic fitness standard.

You simply need to find a healthy state that works for YOU!,
and maintain it.

Because healthy doesn't look the same on everyone.

Your goal isn't to become someone else.
It's to become the healthiest version of yourself.
And considering how common excess weight, inactivity and poor health have become, the next decade is going to make taking care of ourselves even more important.

Don't wait until your health forces you to care.
Start caring now.

Your future self will thank you.
And your family will too.

Personal training isn’t always about the workout.

Sometimes, the biggest part of being a Personal Trainer is simply being there.

Online coaching can be incredibly effective. You can provide the plan, track progress, adjust nutrition, answer questions and keep someone accountable.

But in-person coaching is different.

When a client walks through the gym doors, they don’t always bring just their gym bag with them.

They bring work stress. Family problems. Relationship issues. Social pressure. Anxiety. A bad day. A bad week. Sometimes, a lot more.

And sometimes the workout becomes the one place where they can switch off from everything else for an hour.

There are sessions where the goal isn't to destroy someone with a workout.

The goal might simply be:

🏋️ Get the planned work done.
🗣️ Let them talk.
👂 Listen without judgement.
🤝 Give them some support.
🎯 Keep them accountable.
💪 Help them leave feeling a little better than when they arrived.

Because sometimes a client doesn't need another person telling them what they should be doing.

They need someone beside them who understands that they're human first.

There have been plenty of times where I've seen how overwhelmed someone's personal life can become. And without that appointment, without someone expecting them to show up, they might never have stepped onto the gym floor that day.

That's why I believe Personal Training is about much more than sets, reps and programmes.

We're coaching people, not just bodies.

The workout still matters.
The accountability still matters.
The goals still matter.

But so does the person standing in front of you.

Sometimes, your presence is the difference between someone giving up and someone taking one more step forward.

And if we can help someone become stronger physically while giving them a little support mentally and emotionally along the way, then that session has achieved far more than what was written on the programme.

Fitness is part of the transformation.
The human connection is part of it too. 🐺

You don’t need to completely change your life to become healthier. You just need to move a little more. 🐺

10,000 steps might sound like a lot when you look at it as one big target.

But break it down throughout your day and it becomes much more achievable:

🚶‍♂️ Walk before work
📞 Walk while taking calls
🪜 Take the stairs
🥗 Walk after meals
⏰ Take regular movement breaks
🛒 Walk while doing errands
🌅 Add an evening walk
👣 Take every opportunity to move

Small actions + consistency = BIG results.

You don't need to be a fitness fanatic. You don't need hours in the gym. You simply need to start creating healthier habits that fit into your everyday life.

👉 Save this post and use it as your 10K-step checklist this week.

And remember:

Your health is built by what you do every day, not what you do occasionally.

Your brain needs a shutdown sequence, not just your laptop. 💻🌙

Most of our stress comes from carrying the day into the night.
By giving your mind an overnight task, breathing deeply (4-7-8), and clearing the clutter, you’re telling your nervous system it’s safe to rest. Less mental noise = better sleep = a lighter tomorrow.

Which of these 9 will you try tonight? 👇

The 3 essentials to lose body fat, no magic tricks, just the real process. 🧠💥

1️⃣ Track your days & routine

You can’t improve what you don’t measure. Start structuring your food and workouts around your actual life.

2️⃣ Know your burn

Learn how many calories you burn daily — both from basic tasks AND exercise. This is your baseline.

3️⃣ Adjust daily, not randomly

Match your macros and calories to your activity level. Eat more on high-burn days, less on low-burn days. That’s how fat loss stays consistent and steady.

Sorry, no magic pill here.
But here’s the good news: the simpler, the better.

The more you learn about yourself, the easier it becomes to see where you can cut extra calories, what routine fits, and what actually works for you.

No program works for everyone.
But your own data? That never lies.

Start there. Stay patient. Lose fat the smart way. 🔥

You’re looking at your gym progress the wrong way. ❌

One of the biggest mistakes? Comparing your start to someone else’s finish line.

That person you admire? They’ve likely put in 10 years… not 10 months.

Time is the variable most people ignore.
Unless you’re a 1 in 10 million genetic freak, great results take great patience.

Instead:
✅ Understand your starting point
✅ Respect the time required
✅ Fall in love with the journey

Whether your goal is to look, feel, or be healthier — don’t pressure yourself to become someone else’s “after” photo.
You are you. Becoming your best version is more than enough.

Enjoy the process. That’s the real win. 🧠💪

I have been a bit on the shadows the past few weeks, focusing in bringing the best we can, after tge upset of the NW show, not bc of the results itself but on what I delivered that day.

Coming back the week right after to a sword win.

Pushing the last few days to bring the best yet to the Universe, trying to get into the mix in the first call out this time.

Looks improved, flat as hell, but to be expected during this phase, leaner then before during this prep, and now is another week of work and let's go!
