60 minute session's designed around your fitness goals and abilities. 1-2-1 sessions will mainly focus on technique/strength coaching on the 9 foundational movements.
60 minutes broken down- 10min warm up, 20min technique/strength work, 25min workout, 5min cool down/stretch.

***Weekend Warriors*** (8 People Max)
Saturday and Sunday beach bootcamps. Designed for all fitness levels, a total body workout on the beautiful Longsands Beach, Tynemouth. This is a fun, safe, sweaty and challenging workout that allows participants to push themselves and each other when working in a team environment. Exercises are conducted as a group, with partners, team races and challenges to motivate everyone to work harder. Workouts will be based around crossfit programming, incorporating metabolic conditioning, olympic weight-lifting and gymnastic exercises.
