Some of my biggest cheerleaders—from backing me when I was juggling full-time work and Pilates, to letting me bounce ideas around and even letting me practice moves on them in the office 😂
Across the years dropping into my mat classes, the support does not go unnoticed 🥹

Watching them finally try reformer Pilates (first time for many) after hearing me talk about it nonstop? Best feeling.
So proud, so grateful… and maybe just a little bit smug that they loved it as much as I knew they would 😌✨
