We have club nights on Wednesdays 7pm-10pm and cater for players of all standards. Durham City and Tudhoe is a friendly and competitive badminton club based at Belmont community school. Club nights are Thursdays 8-10pm during the season and home matches are played on Fridays. The club is always open to finding new players of all abilities and ages and guests are encouraged to come along and try it out - fees cost £5 for the night.

The announcement you have been waiting for all summer 😎

🏸 Badminton is coming back! 🏸
We’re excited to let you know that our regular club session will be back in just 2 weeks! 🎉

Whether you’re a regular player, play competitively, haven’t picked up a racket for a while, or you’re completely new to the club, we’d love to see you there!

Come along for some badminton, a bit of friendly competition and a great way to get active and meet others in the local community.

📅 Returning in 2 weeks - 9th September 2026, 7pm
📍 At Durham School, Quarryheads Lane

Home tô Stockton B for the men in the darlington league tonight. (Dave abd kevin here) Plenty of close games. A hard earned 8-0 win. Running alongside club night - it was great for club members to watch close games while rotating off.
