Quite a few this year, we will continue to remind everyone via the app but give this a save just incase!

With the exception of Easter Sunday being fully closed, all other bank holidays we will be open 9am-2pm. All classes available on those dates are found and bookable via the app but they do fill up quickly!

We never will.

In a year when all of us have felt the force of upheaval, we will all emerge changed.

Now is the right time to go back to our roots, and focus on what made us strong from the beginning.

With last night news of a second lockdown taking place this coming week, which of course includes ourselves, we know there will be lots of you with questions for us.

Our team is meeting this Sunday afternoon after close of business for discussions and following this an email will be sent out to you all which should answer the majority of queries.

For our current members:
We do ask that people refrain from sending in their queries until after we have had the chance to get that email out to you all! It will be posted in the Facebook Members Only group too so if you have not received the email (check your junk) then it is possible we do not have an updated email from yourself.

For anyone who was thinking of joining us:
