Cody’s transformation so far 🤎
This is why progress is about so much more than just the number on the scales.
One of the biggest things I notice in Cody’s progress is her posture and the way she’s carrying herself. You can see a much more upright position through her body.
With all of my clients, the first 6–12 weeks are focused on building consistency. Training regularly, improving daily movement, creating realistic nutrition habits and making those behaviours fit around real life. Especially postpartum, I don’t want the approach to feel like another extreme diet or something that only works for a few weeks.
Now that Cody has built those foundations, we’re moving into the next phase: teaching her more about what to eat for where she is right now in her postpartum journey.
Cody is still exclusively breastfeeding, so we are keeping her overall food intake including her carbohydrates high enough to support both her training and breastfeeding demands.
