Guided trail running experiences Northumberland. We are a dedicated group of trail and long distance runners who are passionate about getting runners of all abilities out into the hills and fells of the stunning Northumberland National Park, safely. We have experienced runners with extensive navigational experience and local knowledge of the national park. We offer fully guided running ex
periences in many locations across Tyne and Wear and Northumberland, ranging from 5k to 100 mile multi day events. We take care of the navigation and the route on all runs ,so if you have ever wanted to get out into the hills and fells but have been concerned over rapid changes in the weather or lack of navigational experience and knowledge ,let us take that worry away. We can offer varying terrain from solid farm tracks and forest trails to climbing steep hills like Hedgehope and the Cheviot, offering breath taking views on a clear day. Northumberland National Park has a huge expanse of stunning countryside and there are trails and hills from Hexham common, Hadrian's Wall to the border ridge and the Pennine Way and Wooler. Why not set yourself a challenge of one of the many trail races on offer in Northumberland and we will guide you on a recce of the route to show you the areas what you will tackle during race day. This is an excellent way of understanding the types of ground you will cover and get to know the best way to cross it. We offer these trail running experiences in a friendly, non competitive environment. All of these runs are ran at the pace the guide sets and will always be comfortable for everyone . Our aim is for all taking part to have fun and to leave us with a smile. After these recces or trail runs we will stop for tea and cake in one of the fantastic local cafés in the national park, you will have earned it! Hope to see you on the trails soon.
