HYROX SIM 🏃♂️
We’re putting on a full HYROX simulation at Sculpt HQ.
A chance to test yourself across all 8 stations, practise your pacing and see how you perform under race-style conditions. Solo or Doubles, Open or Pro Category available!
Perfect opportunity for anyone running at Birmingham or Dublin or if you just want to challenge yourself, everyone is welcome.

We’re getting everyone together for a pub quiz!
put your general knowledge to the test and enjoy a night away from the gym.

We’re bringing the lads together for a full day of training, competition and good times.

It wouldn’t be the end of the year without getting the whole Sculpt HQ crew together.
