๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ Much of our time is spent thinking about what has already happened or what could happen.

The present moment invites us somewhere different.

In this practice, we're simply taking a few moments to notice what is here right now. The feeling of your breath. The sensation of your body. The sounds around you. The experience of being exactly where you are.

There is no need to clear the mind or do it perfectly. The invitation is simply to notice and gently return your attention whenever or if it wanders.

Cat-Cow is a gentle and grounding yoga movement that helps mobility through the spine, while encouraging a steady awareness of the breath.

As you move between each shape, notice how your body feels - check in your comfortable and allow the breath to lead the way. It's nice to explore this moving slowly.

Simple movements like this can be a great way to release tension and reconnect with your body during the day.

๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ A simple shoulder practice encouraging breath awareness alongside gentle mindful movement, to help ease tension in the shoulders and upper body.

This practice focuses on slow joint mobility focused movement, awareness, and linking the breath with motion, helping the body move to its own rhythm and range.

Take a few moments to move with me and notice how your shoulders feel afterwards.

What might that look like? A wellbeing class, a therapy session, a swim or a walk.

Life is constantly asking us to adapt and adjust. When we haven't made space for ourselves, that can become really difficult.

Could you block out an hour to simply be?
When was the last time you gave yourself permission to do that?

๐Ÿ’œ When we don't allow time to do nothing, our bodies don't get the opportunity to rebalance and restore their capacity to adapt.

What could you do this week to make a small deposit into your own wellbeing?
