We all have a responsibility to respect the gym, the equipment and the people training around us. That means returning every weight, plate and piece of kit to its proper place once you have finished using it.

Leaving equipment on the gym floor creates unnecessary hazards, makes it harder for others to train and leaves to clear up after you.

👟 One final weekend to bring your child to NRG for FREE.

If you have an 11 - 15-year-old who wants to get more active, introduce them to the gym in a supported environment and show them how positive training can feel.

Visit during staffed hours and speak to on arrival. On their first visit, the accompanying member must complete the consent form before staff register the child.

*The child must be accompanied by a fully paying NRG member aged 18 or over.
