Most lads avoid doing the hard thing.
When started, he was struggling with consistency and had no real plan in the gym. Sessions felt random, progress was unclear, and like a lot of men, he just didn’t have direction.
After enjoying himself a bit too much over Christmas, he knew something had to change. This time, he committed to doing it properly.
Since joining the TC, he’s shown up consistently, followed a structured plan, and put the work in. Even including the leg exercises he used to avoid
The results:
⬇️ Body fat down from 21% → 16%
⬇️ 5kg bodyweight lost
⬆️ Strength and fitness improving weekly
But the biggest shift?
He’s more confident, got more energy, and even said it’s helped him show up better outside the gym. As a better partner, son, and friend.
This is what happens when you stop avoiding the hard things and start training with purpose.
