Established in North Tyneside in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have classes for children from their fifth birthday onwards, and for adults. With both recreational and competitive opportunities available, there really is something for everyone. We are driven in our mission to not only provide a top-quality cheerleading experience to athletes from across the region, but also to provide them

with a home from home, and unbreakable bonds and friendships to last a lifetime - all of our classes are delivered with our core values in mind.

A great weekend for our teams at Sub Zero in Edinburgh 💙

Lots of solid performances, improvements across the board, and some great progress shown on the mat. It’s been good to see routines settling in and athletes growing in confidence each time they compete.

Well done to all of our athletes and coaches for their hard work, and thank you to everyone who came along to support.
