People love to repackage the same thing
and sell it like it’s new.

“Keep insulin low”
“Cut carbs”
“Balance your hormones”

It all sounds different
but it leads to the same outcome:

You end up eating less.

That’s why it works.

Not because insulin is some fat loss switch
but because your calories dropped.

The Answer is No Supplements

I was in the Gym yesterday and a person told me he was using Clenbuterol and the guy was about 30 percent body fat.

This is not a safe or legitimate tool for fat loss have I taken it yes for about 3 days the side effects were that bad I stopped after 3 days.

Here’s the thing when I did take it it was for a Men’s Physique competition in 2011 I was already single digit body-fat numbers
It’s a tool used in the last phase of a diet phase to get that last bit of fat off.

Would I recommend the average person to use it at 30 percent body fat no certainly not.

All you need to lose body fat starts with your mindset. Most people think it’s about supplements, some special diet, or rare genetics. It isn’t. If your head isn’t in the right place, nothing sticks.

All you need is

Stay consistent when motivation fades
Delay gratification
Keep things simple instead of overthinking
Handle setbacks without quitting
Take full ownership of your actions

And a calorie deficit 🙌

Day 39 of callisthenics training it’s a lot harder then I remember.

The main things I need to work on is scapular protraction and depression.

Most the exercises with in calisthenics use one or both during the performing the exercises and they can be made easier or harder if the correct form is not used.
