Hi so itโ€™s been 8 weeks since I tore my ligaments in my ankle ๐Ÿ’” and it is still not ok lol (sad) and I canโ€™t do a lot of the exercise I really love BUT one thing I have done lots of is swimming in the sea and I truly truly love it๐Ÿงœ๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿ ๐ŸŒŠ

Glutes are complex and it can take some time before you see any sort of progress so if youโ€™re feeling stuck then I feel your pain!!!

Hereโ€™s some tips that might make your life easier!

๐ŸŒŸHip thrusts!!!
๐ŸŒŸHeavy weights - However not so heavy that you canโ€™t engage your glutes.
๐ŸŒŸIncreasing your calories & Protein intake to support muscle growth!
๐ŸŒŸConsistency - a couple of sessions here and there is not going to get you where you want to be, 2 to 3 lower bod days a week if youโ€™re really wanting to grow.
๐ŸŒŸRest - that being said ^ rest is so important to repair the muscles!
๐ŸŒŸPatience - annoying but ya need it!!!
