So the weekend went a bit like this…..
Solo and doubles events for me.
Couldn’t be more proud of my ladies this weekend. All the hard work paid off. You SMASHED IT!
Well done to (solo event) Liz Fisher (solo event) Victoria (doubles with me) and Nil (doubles event) Steven Bainbridge also completed two great races, solo and doubles with Darren. A brilliant weekend 💪🏻

Anything is possible, you’ve just got to want it enough!
Couldn’t be more proud of this amazing lady. Elizabeth is an inspiration to any female out there who thinks that this kind of stuff is unachievable for them. 5 years from when she walked through my gym door, Elizabeth has completed numerous race events, half marathons and a marathon. From there her love of everything HYROX and HYBRID began. There is no stopping this lady. We have worked together, trained together and raced together. What next……. Im excited to see what she is going to pull out the bag next!

Not my best race yesterday but 1 minute quicker than the last time I did the Hybrid Games, with the increased weight in station 5. It was eventful to say the least. My husband Steven Bainbridge smashed it; 18 minutes off his previous time. I did however have the pleasure of racing along side my fab buddy’s Liz Fisher and Danni Duffy who also smashed it. Thank you Belfast; we will be back!

It’s all in the preparation. Very excited for the GNR tomorrow. Even more excited to see my ladies cross the finish line; especially if it’s your first half (you know who you are). Good luck….. the Geordies put on the best races. Beer and Elvis along the way. Run well, enjoy and be proud ❤️
