🌟 Week 4 of my online challenge and I can’t stress enough how crucial consistency and journaling are for reaching your goals! 📖✨
As a coach, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful these tools can be. Research shows that most people ditch the diet or the fat loss phase at week 4-5. It gets hard, results may be slow, you’re fatigued
but you’re not even close to the end of your journey ( which will continue for more than 8 weeks!)
Consistency is the game-changer. By sticking to your routine, you’re not just losing fat; you’re also building lasting habits that promote a healthier lifestyle.
Remember, lasting change takes time, and every small step forward contributes to your overall success.
