⭐ North East Charity Awards 2026 ⭐

What a brilliant night! Cricketqube was shortlisted for Outstanding Social Enterprise, up against some fantastic organisations from across the region, and just being in that room with our team felt like a proper celebration of the last few years!

Although we didn’t win, the nomination alone was a huge honour and real validation of the work we do every single day.

We deliver inclusive cricket sessions across schools, community centres and care homes in the North East and Yorkshire, supporting over 1,500 people a year. Our youngest participant is 4, our oldest is 104. That range says everything about what we’re trying to build, cricket that genuinely has a place for everyone.

None of this happens without the team pictured here. They turn up, session after session, and make it look easy. Super proud of our evergrowing team 💜

We have been delighted to provide free copies of Howzat! The Cricket Magazine for Kids to children attending our HAF camps this summer!🙌

Packed with cricket stories, facts, tips, quizzes, games and creative activities, this magazine gives children a fun way to learn more about cricket while developing their reading, numeracy and problem-solving skills!

And its safe to say the “Design Your Own Cricket T-Shirt” activity brought out everyone’s creative side and got pretty competitive at our HAF camps!👕🏏
