Roots Fitness Coaching, what is it?

We're a small group personal training facility in Benton, Newcastle/ North Tyneside.

We help people of all ages improve their health and wellbeing in a safe and friendly environment.

If I had to sum us up in one word it would be 'supportive'.

The way we coach is unique; you are an individual, not a number and will be treated as such.

We can help you; tone up, increase confidence, lose weight, improve mobility, get fitter and more energized and just generally feel like a better person.

This isn't a quick fix with a meal plan, this is a lifestyle upgrade 🔥

We train our clients to the highest standard, and we also have good craic.

January SUCKS for starting a new fitness and nutrition programme:

The weather

Post-holiday blues

Back to work

Added holiday weight

The above mean motivation will fade quickly and before you know it you've left it too late to make a proper change before summer (it'll fly by, and you know it will!)

Now is quite literally the perfect time to get started, and us fitness professionals find it absolutely baffling that people wait for a specific month 🤔

Meet Kerry.

Kerry has probably added 20 years onto her life

Kerry has reduced the likelihood of hundreds of different illnesses and conditions.

Kerry has lost over ONE HUNDRED kilograms.

She has transformed her entire life.
