HII - Jack Fitness & Coaching is back... all be it on a very limited basis.... these past few months have given me a new aspect and outlook on what im really good at... I know that sounds egotistical but i love making people feel better when they were let down or had no other way to get their body back to what they would refer to as normal. At this point theres no prices now times scales just me know what you need... advice, guidance and even peace of mind..... we can go from there. Thank you over the years for the support.

So after a short nervous breakdown 18months of working in a gym where i didnt train, made my own health worse mentally and physically and for those around me everything has finally calmed in the mind. I took 5 weeks off to decompress and get control of who i was again a friend and client offered me a position with Conor Forestry working on some of the most amazing properties we have in the north. Since the middle of January iv lost a stone the new jobs gave me a strength and start of a fitness iv never imagined and my HII - Jack Fitness & Coaching massage has has several offers to go forward with clubs and sport communities. My home life with Claire McGee has become amazing with the time iv gained back and spending time woth jakob isnt me being exhausted or stressed anymore. My own failings took me to where i was and i let myself down. The futures looking good turning 35. Thank you to everyone who believed in me. It will never be forgotten ❤️🙏❤️🙏❤️

Only hours before I honour the man that helped and encouraged all the greatness in me.
He stands here in this photo a young man, the youngest brother in the family that set the foundations of what me my mam and my sisters have been so blessed to have been given.
The comfort, knowledge, encouragement, jokes, humour, patience, caring and most of all for me understanding he bestowed upon me is and always been a cherished and respected way of treating others. Those values may not have came straight away but have and will continue to be a major part of mine and my sons life. Iv been so lucky to have him as my for-most father figure in my life and i will honour him and remember him in my actions with my son.

Mr Jack Allaker you have and always been my hero thank you for more than i can say in words.
I will forever love you
