And that's a wrap 😔 thank you from the bottom of my heart to each and every person who was on our fire pit journey and to all you lovely costumers who supported us and loved our food over the last 3 years ❤️😘 that is my door closed its been a pleasure 🧡🔥

It comes with great sadness that am writing this post but after a long 2year battle with Newcastle city council and surrounding neighbours about our extraction, admissions, smells and eco friendly department the council have came to the decision that I have to replace our full extraction unit which is going to cost a very significant amount of money they will then reassess the extraction making sure it fits the criteria then make a final decision weather we can still operate but above all this they can still refuse my application even if I went ahead and replaced the extraction as was "quoted its like a lottery", so I have therefore came to the decision that I will be closing fire pit as unfortunately I'm not willing to take the risk of loosing a great amount of money for them to refuse my application we are just a small business and we are too affected by the cost of living and unfortunately looking for new premises is just out of our league at the moment. I have had an amazing 3years and we have done our up most to provide great delicious food to you guys I have had some amazing staff come and go and will be sad to see my door close for the last time but I can not thank everyone who helped build fire pit it wouldnt of been possible with out evey single one of you, and of course to our amazing customers for your continuous support the regulars and our new costumers, its such a shame to be writing this as I have worked my ass off for 3year solid to build the fire pit and to be loosing my business and my livelihood at such stressful and uncertain times goes with out saying, Running a businesses is not all glamorous it's not just the cooking in the kitchen there is a hell of a lot more to it and I won't say it was Easy but if you had of asked me were do u see your self in 3 years time I would of not said a proud business owner , i will walk away a stronger person with alot of knowledge, but unfortunately it's come to an end and i will walk away with my head held high and i can proudly say I DONE IT! I will never say never that we might pop back up one day but for now I will enjoy the time with my family again thank you to everyone who has been on our firepit journey with us love sarah & teamfirepit 🧡🔥

We will be open Fri Sat and Sun and will be closed for good as of Monday thank you 🧡🔥
