Brilliant Team Effort Secures Impressive Victory and First Clean Sheet ⚽🧤

It was a fantastic outing for the lads today at Trubshaw, delivering a dominant and thoroughly entertaining performance to claim all three points and keep our momentum rolling with three wins from our last four matches.
The team set the tone right from the opening whistle with a sparkling first-half display full of quality, control, and attacking flair. Grounded by an rock-solid defensive foundation that snuffed out any opposition threats, the attacking line had the ultimate platform to thrive, constantly tearing open the defense and putting on a masterclass in clinical finishing before the HT break.
While the tempo naturally slowed in the second half, preventing the lads from being quite as fluid in front of goal, the hard work in building a commanding lead was already done. Crucially, the team maintained their discipline to complete a complete performance, earning our very first clean sheet of the season—a huge credit to the backline and goalkeeper for their focus throughout.
🏆 Special congratulations go to Tudor and Moss, who were both named Players of the Match after stellar individual displays.

Overall, another fantastic day at the office, three valuable points in the bag, and plenty of positive energy heading into Tuesday's Training

⚫️🔴 CÖS — KEEP GOING! 🔴⚫️
Well done to the lads today and a huge congratulations to our two Man of the Match winners! 👏🏆
Today was a proper test against a very good side we’ve never faced before, and there were plenty of positives to take from the game. Once we settled into our rhythm, we played some really good football, created some excellent chances and showed tremendous grit, character and determination from start to finish. 💪
We started a little slower than we would have liked, but the response from the lads was excellent. As the game went on, we grew into it and created plenty of opportunities. On another day, a few of those chances go in and we're talking about a very different result.
The lads gave absolutely everything today, and that’s all you can ask for. The result might not have gone our way, but the performance, attitude and effort showed exactly what this group is about.
Sometimes football throws results at you that don't reflect the performance — that's football. ⚽️
Lots of positives, lots to build on and plenty to be proud of.
We go again next weekend in the cup against the same opposition, and we'll be ready to put everything into another big performance. 🔥
Keep your heads up lads. Stay together, keep working and keep believing.

💥 A.F.C. BIDDULPH v CÖS GOLD
Another big performance from the Gold! 🟡⚫
Today’s game was one of those where the football was almost secondary to everything going on around it. From a 20-minute delayed kick-off due to the nets to a few issues to disrupt the flow of the game, there was plenty going on before we really got started!
But the message to the players was simple: stay cool, stay calm and stay collective. 🧊
And that’s exactly what they did.
Once the game got underway, the football started to do the talking. Terminator Charlie opened the scoring on 11 minutes, with Jakester providing the assist. Hayd then doubled the lead before Jakester got himself on the scoresheet on 24 minutes, assisted by JGR.
HT..
The second half was more of the same.
Adams made another on 60 minutes before Jakester grabbed his second a minute later. Daws then got in on the action, scoring on 72 minutes with an assist from Hayd.
Daws wasn't finished there, adding his second on 81 minutes.
Biddulph managed a consolation late on, but the damage had already been done.

JB - well we know what this lad brings, he's been a firm favourite for 2 seasons, I believe POTW 2 weeks on the trot.

Daws- what an absolute beast this lad is, hes got goals, good feet, an engine, I could go on.

Proudly Sponsored by MB Living Ltd for today's game 👕

A fantastic result, but more importantly, there were periods of football today that were genuinely wonderful to watch. ❤️
We've had two weeks of training where we've been able to play a lot of football, and you can really start to see that work coming through. This week we'll get back to a very planned session and continue working on the details.
This season will undoubtedly have its ups and downs, and there are some tough tests ahead. But if we continue to give everything, work hard and stay together, the coaching staff will be more than happy.
It's a great start — not just because we're winning games, but because of the way we're playing. 🔥
Keep working. Keep improving. Keep pushing.
WE ARE CÖS. ❤️🖤
