6-6.30pm WARRIOR Rhythm £2.50 ZOOM/£3 LIVE
6 30-7pm AEROTONE £2 50 ZOOM/£3 LIVE
7.05-7.50PM RAZZLE DAZZLE £3.50 ZOOM/£4 LIVE

Tuesday
6.10-6.40pm LEGS BUMS TUMS & ARMS £3 in person/£2.50 zoom
6.45-7.30pm ZUMBA £4 in person/£3.50 zoom


Wednesday
6.10pm -6.55pm PILATES £4 in person/£3.50 zoom
7pm RETROBICS £4 in person/£3.50 zoom

Thursday
6.10- 6.40pm TOTAL BODY FUSION £3/£2.50 zoom
6.45-7.30pm ZUMBA £4 in person/£3.50 zoom
